Success at Division contests: Mai wins humorous speech contest, Gina places second in evaluation contest

In Uncategorized on October 18, 2015 at 3:51 pm

On Friday evening, both Chamber Chatters’ contestants won medals in the Division H (Pleasanton / Livermore / Dublin) Speech Contests.  Mai Vu took first place in the Humorous Speech contest.  Mai beat four area winners with her hilarious speech on “Understanding Men.”  Gina Cefalu placed second in the Evaluation Contest for her insightful and constructive feedback evaluation of an amusing speech on Women Aging.  Mai will now go on to represent the 20 or so clubs in the local area in the District 57 Contest in November.

Congratulations to Mai and Gina, and a big thank-you to all the club members who came along to support them.
